Customer Response Centre
Our dedicated customer response centre responds to tenant requests 24/7. Customers are able to log requests for a range of building related matters including additional security, cleaning, after hours air-conditioning, access cards and maintenance. The average response time is within one hour with most requests completed within one day.
Car sharing solutions
We have entered into an innovative national partnership agreement with GoGet, a first of its kind with emphasis on CBD locations. GoGet is the transport option that offers all the freedom of a car without the hassle of car ownership.
Our customers can be benefit from discount corporate rates with no joining or monthly fees, no security deposit and no minimum contracts. The perfect solution for corporate and government bodies who want to reduce their fleet parking and taxi costs.
Car parking booking enabled app

DEXUS Connex is our online customer portal which plays an important role in our customer engagement strategy. Connex brings new levels of convenience through hyper-local one-stop-shop member only deals and events. Transactions are made easy such as click and collect meal options, dry cleaning, locker and storage options. Direct concierge access and up to the minute building information including bike storage and
fitness classes. Customers receive genuine offers including free coffee and special events.
We undertake bi-annual tenant surveys which provide valuable insights into what’s working and what’s not. Action plans are then developed and deployed to enhance loyalty and the overall customer experience.
